Cosantóir Group is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

Our verification was first confirmed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprise in February 2012 and was renewed in March 2014 for an additional two years.  See our entry in the VA’s Vendor Information Pages: https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/Public/Search/ViewSearchResults.aspx?SCID=1403711

To learn more about the Vets First Verification Program and the process required to become a verified SDVOSB, see the VA’s Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization website: http://www.va.gov/osdbu/.

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is advocating on behalf of SDVOSBs.

Executive Order 13360 directs that at least 3 percent of all federal agencies’ contracting dollars go to businesses owned by service-disabled veterans. The good news is that agencies are actively seeking service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB) as vendors. However, in the past, agencies have not been able to meet their goals in contracting with SDVOSBs. This is due in large part to the lack of identified SDVOSBs in the marketplace. Subcontracting opportunities for small businesses, including SDVOSBs, in US Agency for International Development (USAID) contracts are a vital part of USAID’s overall small business participation program.
